1. Scope

These Terms govern all sales made through scorekeys.shop.
They define the rights and obligations between CA CAPITAL and any natural or legal person purchasing via the website.

2. Products

ScoreKeys products are collectible acrylic keychains inspired by legendary tennis matches.
Each item is described as accurately as possible (dimensions, materials, visuals), but slight variations may occur.
Our current featured product: Sinner vs Alcaraz – Roland Garros 2025 Limited Edition.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of applicable VAT.
CA CAPITAL reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but the rate applied will always be that displayed at the time of your purchase.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Payment is made securely through Shopify Payments or other trusted providers.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email summary including the order reference and tracking details once shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours and dispatched from Paris, France.
Estimated delivery times:

France: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–8 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Delays beyond our control (customs, strikes, carrier issues) shall not engage CA CAPITAL’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email scorekeys.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection of the returned product.

7. Liability

CA CAPITAL cannot be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from misuse of the product or service interruption.
Photographs and texts illustrating the products are non-contractual.
