General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These general terms of sale apply to all orders placed on scorekeys.shop. They define the rights and obligations of CA CAPITAL and of anyone buying on the website.

2. Seller

CA CAPITAL, SAS registered under SIREN number 977 560 085, registered office at 34 avenue des Champs-ÉlysĂ©es, 75008 Paris, France. Contact: scorekeys.support@gmail.com.

3. Products

ScoreKeys offers acrylic keychains (6 × 2 cm, 6 mm thick) showing the score of memorable football and tennis matches. Each product is described and photographed with great care. Slight differences in appearance may nevertheless exist: photos are not contractual. Our keychains are produced in limited quantities and offered while stocks last.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Shipping costs are shown before payment. Current offers (for example a reduced price for several keychains) are applied automatically in the cart. The price charged is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

5. Orders

Confirming an order means accepting these terms. You receive a confirmation email summarising your order, then an email with the tracking number when it ships.

6. Payment

Payment is made securely online (bank card, PayPal, Apple Pay and other methods offered at checkout). It is charged when the order is placed.

7. Delivery

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours and shipped from France to France and European Union countries. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 3 business days in France and 6 to 7 business days in other countries. Shipping is free for orders of €30 or more. Rates are detailed in our shipping policy.

8. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from receipt to return an unused product in its original packaging (money-back guarantee). This period includes and extends the 14-day legal right of withdrawal. Refunds are made within 7 business days after the product has been received and checked. Details are in our refund policy.

9. Legal guarantees

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

10. Liability

CA CAPITAL cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product, nor for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.

11. Personal data

Data collected when you order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you have an issue, please contact us first at scorekeys.support@gmail.com so we can find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
