If your ScoreKeys doesn't suit you, you can send it back within 30 days of receiving it. This period includes and extends the 14-day legal right of withdrawal.

Conditions

• The keychain has not been used and is in its original packaging.
• The return includes your order number.

How to return an item

Email us at scorekeys.support@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and the steps to follow.

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product you received is defective or does not match your order.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the returned product, we refund you within 7 business days, using the payment method used for the order.

Damaged or defective product

If your keychain arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us with photos: we will offer a replacement or a full refund, return costs included.

Exchanges

As our keychains are produced in limited editions, we do not offer exchanges, except for defective products. You can return an item and then order the match of your choice.
