1. Shipping

Orders are shipped worldwide from Paris.
Processing time: 24–48 hours.
You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

2. Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your ScoreKey, you may return it within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• The return must include your order number.

Returns should be initiated via scorekeys.support@gmail.com.
Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs remain at the customer’s expense, except for defective or incorrect items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos.
We will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

4. Exchanges

Due to limited-edition products, exchanges are generally not possible unless the item is defective.
